I met the brand in exhibition held in high tech city furniture fare on Oct 5 2013, Next day sales executive Muneer visited my house and took Rs 500 Advance for Jali door installation and promised it will be done within 10 days (by Oct 16 2013). Since then I am calling but no proper resonce and finally on Oct 18 I asked for refund and that too they are saying they will deposit in my ICICI, finally today when I threatened about consumer court to them that they should act they are like do what ever but they will not refund money.
