1. W.R. is selling tickets to passengers in excess of the number of passengers allowed to carry as per license granted by concerned authorities thereby is violating conditions of license.

2. W.R. failed to provide and update the basic services at Platforms in proportion of the passengers travelled every day.

3. W.R. failed to repair replace the coupan validating machines and to keep sufficient machines.

4. W.R. consistently failed to adhere with the train time table as per the printed time table.

5. The trains are hardly reaching in time to destination on either side within time given in time table between Borivali and Kandivali.

6. W.S. has not provided sufficient exits for the passengers to exit from the platform in peak hours. In peak hours, before the passengers of first train exit from the platform, second train arrive on platform. So it is dangerous in emergency.
