@999 ON 2014-03-17 11:28:54,and order no. is S80254089 and they sent me mail that within one week i got it but still is showing preparing for dispatch now i placed request two times to cancel it due to too late but they neither refunding my amount nor delivering my order. please help me for the same

I need money refund with interest which i paid and spend the money to place requests and complaints online by internet and as i could not buy another shoe from market because i do not enough money to spend on shoes two times i have limited money,please help me out I am waiting for the positive response asap.
