Hi Team, This complaint is againt “whaaky.com” where I placed 2 orders on 17th March;2014 for below mentioned products **Puma Shoes & HD headphones (Ref.# S80254381470) **4 Patiala Salwar Materials (Ref.# S80254381487) I even got the email confirmation that the products will be delivered by 2nd April;2014. However, the online status after almost 2 months is still “PREPARING TO SHIP” and after multiple follow-ups over phone (95334953XX) and email (support@whaaky.com), I am getting that same pathetic reply “We apologize for the inconvinience caused to you. Due to over whelming response of the product we are dispatching consignments on a daily basis. Kindly bear with us.” It was a mistake that I opted for online payment option of Rs. 1998/- instead of opting COD, just to save my hussle. This is my request to WHAAKY to please either dispatch the order by this week or cancel the order refunding the payment of Rs. 1998/- made for the order.
