whaaky had sent me a defective product of order id S80270572 after a month since i ordered the product through aramex courier company.i returned the product through aramex with forwarder airway bill number 5415999724,when i checked the shipment status it is showing invalid and when i asked the customer care(aramex)they said to check into details and when i ask them the answer is same ” We take this opportunity to thank you for choosing Aramex as your transportation solutions partner and for bringing this incident to our attention. We acknowledge the receipt # 5415999724 of your complaint. It will be immediately addressed and an investigation will be launched accordingly.”both aramex and whaaky are not even replying to my mails and they never lift the phone.i am having a copy of shipment and communication in mails.and today i got a call from 7619069xxx pretending to be customer care of whaaky and asked my complete card details i had to believe them as they never make a call using their designated number (9533495xxx) and i think some of them are miss using the information .

i want my refund product+shipping(1000+270)and shut the site for giving false information
