I had purchased a women’s handbag from Whaaky.com (color was maroon). What i received was a black bag without a chain and no where close to what was described on the website (quality was really poor) – 100% fake product. On asking them for a refund – they said we only provide a replacement. They are keeping on delaying the process so that the 7 day return timeline gets over.

I demand refund of the amount paid as soon as possible.
