Order No: S80791303 Hello. I placed an order with Whakky.com for a Power Bank 20800 Mah on 11 April, 2015. On using the product for 2 days, I found that the device was not working properly. It hardly charges 25% and gets defused. I tried to get in touch with customer Care Support but they were never reachable. Finally when they came into the range, the customer care executive asked me to send back me the charger to their address in Hyderabad. She even asked to click the photographs of the Packed & Unpacked Charger and send it over the mail which was immediately done. Order No: S80791303. After getting the confirmation mail from whakky.com for their approval on replacement of the product. I immediately dispatched the charger as per their instructions on the same day which was 16- April, 2015 through First Flight Courier AWB I-10300093981. The Parcel got delivered to the Vendor on April 18, 2015 at 15:10 Hrs with Company’s Seal and signature. You can check the website of First Flight for delivery status. On being asked from the vendor about the replacement of the product after almost 10 days even, they still are not responding. Instead in a very dull response after so many attempts to get in touch with customer support of Whakky.com; they are directly refusing the receipt of our Product i.e. they are refusing that they have not yet received my Parcel. I know they are lying. On the top of it, Now these people are not even picking up calls or responding to my mails.
I want to get a Replaced Working Product or Full Refund on My Purchase whichever can be done earlier.
