I got my Jio Sim on 17/08/2016 at my Office, as for a promotional cause by a Reliance Jio worker. Till now the sim is not activated, and when I called the executive to know the activation state then for the first 2-3 times he answered that it will take about a week to get the sim activated. I waited that long but after completion of one week my sim didn’t got activated. I called the executive again he asked me to wait for 3-4 more days and assured me that the sim will get activated soon. But it is 13/09/2016 Jio Sim didn’t got activated. Now the person told me to visit Reliance showroom to get a new sim, as their is high chance that the sim will not get activated. So I am concerned about all that document that I have submitted to get the SIM.
