Whirlpool – Convection Microwave not functioning

Purchased Whirlpool Convection Microwave oven on 19th july 2013 and stopped functioning on 15th December 2013. Raised the complaint by calling 04060008558 on 21st December 2013. Till now tech visited twice and no resolution provided. Fed up by calling 04060008558 all the time (thrice a week). No ETR, no updates and no resolution. I should call them to know the updates and status and they will answer me seriously. They don’t know how to behave with the customer. ( When they can’t bear me for 5 min how can I bear the faulty product from 21 december’13) I spoke to Subramanyam on 09th dec 2013 and promised call back and tech visit on 10th december’13 by 11:00 Am which turned to be a false statement. They are giving false statements and false information/promises but no resolution yet.

Need to fix the issue else replace the faulty product.
