I purchased 2 nos washing machines Model no – WHP WM ACE 80A-10454, Sl No- 12252 & 01294, At the time of purchasing I got two scratch card for which I won 2 nos of electric iron worth Rs.995/- each. Due to stock not avalable at store in that time they requested me to give after 4 to 5 days. After several time asking to them they are refused to give the gift & they are asking money for these gifts. But as per terms & condition mentioned on scratch card that no amount is to be paid by customer for electric iron gift.

They are not giving the gift item declared by them. As per their declaration those are valued of Rs.1990/-
