SIR, I ABHISHEK RANJAN a consumer of your product since 1990 at that time my family purchased a refrigerator which still exist in our family and we are happy with your products but when i purchased your whirlpool washing machine model number.F111008281 purchased on 4 October 2011 which disappointed a lot as its start ting kit was been changed once in guarantee period and again it was changed on 10 February 2014 which was again got defected on 26 September 2014 and which shows that your starting kit was was a defected piece and your customer care support says it get defected casually and there behavior was very poor toward your consumer as i want to emphasis on a point that starting kit which cost us more than 4000rs and which not exists even a single year please see our problem and please solve our problem immediately as it is a basic need for our family.
