i purches a 5.5 kg f/load wasing machine model no 855lew rs.:16600/- aginest khosla electronics pvt.ltd ,bill no gwm/22590,dated 07/08/2013 they deliverd that machine but 31/08/2013 the wirlpool enginer visit & when instal that machine he identyfy total machne is broken,there service request no is 11255 dated 31/08/2013.that person report machine replasedbut tile 16th octobar 2013,

i have no replese front load machine,what can i do? eithe khosla electronise supplie any good branded machine with extra difference
