Though our Extended AMC contract with Whirlpool India got expired in last month February 2015, but if you recollect & go through all our earlier email threads, we had filed our 1st complaint in June 2014 & we received the Final Replacement of New Refrigerator in October 2014.

The person from your company who installed our newly replaced Refrigerator in October 2014, had confirmed us that Company warranty of this newly replaced Refrigerator commences from Today onward till next year October 2015 by default.

He assured us that 1 year Warranty of any newly replaced appliance technically comes along by default from the date of installation. We also requested him on the spot to please endorse with stamp & sign on the Warranty card. But he clearly denied & said it’s not required, because of aforesaid ‘ by default ‘ reason.

On the basis of his verbal trust & due to our healthy bonding relation, we never insisted to endorse with stamp & sign on warranty card.

Hence the warranty of our Refrigerator should be valid untill October 2015, which is hardly 8 months left !!

Thereafter, We are liable & will definitely Purchase New Extended Warranty from your company.
