Whirlpool magic 5PQG TITANIUM – not working properly

Hi Sir, I have recently Purchased a Whirlpool Refrigerator Which is not working properly since two weeks.I have contacted the helpdesk Team but they are saying that they will do on chargeable basis.My question is that if my refrigerator is in warranty then why should I have to pay Service charge.While purchasing the refrigerator why they haven’t clear this thing,which is in warranted and which is not cover in warranty.My refrigerator Details are given below: Model No:13861/2300 Imagic 5PQG TITANIUM SR NO:DL0513029055 Purchased Date:27th May 2013

As this is newly purchased Refrigerator,Either replace this or resolve the issue.
