in the month of September 2013 problem occurred in the spinning off the machine, it was attended and the machine worked properly for few days and again in October 2013, the machine had stopped altogether, after lodging the complaint,the motor was replaced. Subsequently, again in the month of November 2013, the water was not draining, again a complaint was lodged and the technician came and attended and assured that no further problem will occur. Once again the same problem recurred which was attended by the technician who changes the part and assured us that now there will be no problem in the machine. Again three days back the drainage system of the machine is not working properly

ever since we have purchased the automatic machine, we have encountered recurrent problems in the system. It is an indicative, that either the machine is having some manufacturing problem or the particular technology which has been used in this particular machine is a non-tested technology owing to which recurrent problems are occurring in the machine. Hence, the company should replace the machine.
