To , M/s Whirlpool of India Ltd. Whirlpool House Plot No. 40, Sector 44, Gurgaon – 122002 Haryana I purchase one WHIRLPOOL REFRIGERATOR one 12/06/2011 and several times (at least two / three times) it was giving problem and service engineer attended and rectified the same with cost . Last problem was again appeared on 2nd jan’2014 and as usal complaint has been registered through their helpline and Complaint Request number was KL0114000647. I like to intimate that service engineer from WHIRLPOOL NORTH KOLKATA ( M/s SUNSHINE – Mr Asif , Cell No : 9007009227 ) against the complain has visited to find out the problem and they have taken machine in their workshop . They have brought the machine on 9th jan’14 and confirmed verbally that machine is rectified successfully and working OK and instructed to run the machine after one hour after speaking once to service engineer . During hand over of machine , myself was in office and my wife was only present in house. My wife was not agreed to acknowledge the receipt of machine with good condition but they insisted to acknowledge the machine and out of fear she acknowledge the receipt of machine by writing “MACHINE NOT TESTED”. But we found not operating at all . When we spoke to service engineer of M/s SUNSHINE , Cell no : 9007009228 and that person intimated that machine is not repairable . Refrigerator machine has WARRENTY period of 5 years . From 10th Jan’14 , I regularly chasing up with WHIRLPOOL office for replacement of the machine as it is under warranty period up to 11/6/2016.
