WhirlPool Split Air Conditioner – Review

Hi, I have purchase a Whirlpool Split AC in April 2014. Within a month of purchase, it’s has stopped working. I logged a complaints on 23rd May, SR number: KL0514016575 and its been six days and none of your service engineer has visited my house for resolving the issue. Within this six day, I have almost called 10 times to your call center 033-60008558 and almost 30 times to Mr Bappa Hazari on 9088807700 but rather than getting solution, I just get an answer like “ Today is raining, we cannot come” or “ we have lots of work, we will come tomorrow”. I am getting the above said answer from last six day, if this is kind of service I am getting from a MNC like whirlpool, then I am sorry I purchased your AC. Kindly spare me and return my amount of Rs 35,0000 and take back your AC. In this summer at 45 degree Celsius temperature, you can understand how is difficult to stay in a room. And on above this your engineer says please bear the heat for more 2 days, we will try to resolve the issue. In-fact on 23rd and 24th May , he (your service engineer) made us to wait for full day and did not turn-up not informed us, on calling him at 6PM in the evening this nonsense guys inform us he will not come, as he has some work and will come on Monday. Now Monday (26 May) has also gone, neither he came nor informed us. When I called him, he is saying “ It’s raining, I cannot come”. Today (27th May), when I called him, he told he will visit in 2nd half, but till yet (4:00 PM) he hasn’t visited my house for resolving the issue. Please help in resolving my issue.

Even after buying the AC of Rs 35,000. with in one month of purchase date, is stopped working. I am going with mental harassment. I don’t want the AC of a company, which is not taking care of their customer. I want my Money back.
