Whirlpool washing machine – Poor Quality Product and Service

Product Purchased on 11/02/13 ( Bill Attached ) Complain for the washing machine was filled on 21/11/13 No. AH 1113011807. As per there requirement machine was sent to there service center JH Refridgeration Bhuj-370001 in Nov.2013. Initially they told there is bearing problem, then gearbox and last week they told that the internal tub is broken. Complain is not being sorted out since 4 Months. No phone call are being received by the service center or regional office. Mail regarding the same has been done to the company and they told that the complain will be resolved in 2-3 days. Even after 4 Months, machine is still laying at there service center. It seems as they are telling one by one fault in different parts that parts from our machine are being utilized to repair other machines in the market and our machine will be loaded with damaged lower quality parts.

As we dont want to have any product of this company due to mental and economic damages done by them. Kindly refund us the machine value and the economic damages or replace us the machine and pay us economic damages. We dont want the same machine as parts form the same may have been replaced.
