Sir , I have bought a whirlpool washing machine in the last week of january 2014, it runs only for 1 day afetr that progran showed error , then we called for service centre, engineer came after that and corrected that, but in front of engineer only it again runs only for few minutes after that stops working. engineer said that he would come later with few spare parts to repair it again, but I am sorry to inform you that he didn’t come back and from 3 months we are calling everywhere, i.e. dealer, customer care, service centre, but there is no response from them. Sir please help us out it is an harrasement case. washing machine is of model ( 360 degree bloom wash technology , whirlpool , full automatic) . It costs Rs. 26000. it is bought from shakumbhary complex, varansi

we want to exchange the product with new model, we dont want this model and we want to replace it with new technology washing machine.
