Whirpool Service Center Not Resolving Customer complaint

I am a housewife staying in Ahmedabad. I have a refrigerator of Whirpool Company. Few months ago I had registered a complaint to the above office which is authorised service center for low cooling. So the engineer visited and noticed that ice had jammed in the fan so it was hindering, so he cleaned it and charged Rs. 395 as visiting charges. After 1.5 month again the same problem occurred and we called them again so the second person came and told that GAS is to be refilled and charged Rs. 395 as visiting charge (as the 2nd complaint was after a month). The 3rd person came the next day to refill the GAS and said its not GAS problem, modular has to be changed worth Rs 3000. So we agreed at got the modular changed. But within 1 month and few days, same problem occurred, and we again called them, then they said that its GAS problem only. In this way they even dint knew the problem properly and charged us unnecessarily. Now today on 23/07/2013 we got our GAS refilled and paid Rs. 1200 for it. But the fact is one GAS bottle has an MRP of only Rs. 650, also the whole bottle is not used. I want justice in this case and want my money back

I want the money back of that modular which they replaced unnecessarily.
