I have been using ACT fibernet for the past 15 months and I had connection disruptions for over 10 times so far which takes about one week to resolve by the team. Every time I log a complaint it takes about one week for them to resolve and one more issue comes up within next month. Also they except the consumer to available at home when their representative is visiting which is really difficult for the working class like me. The response from the customer care team is also the same and no urgency is shown.
I have to go out to use the internet whenever needed even though I have paid for broadband connection. I have to pay to use internet in some internet cafe which is not required if the connection is working fine in my place. I have lost lot of client calls, important meetings, business deals because of this bad connection which has made loose lot of business and cause me mental agony continuously.
I want ACT fibernet to pay for all the damages that they have caused over the 15 months. I want my complete money to be refunded with interest. I also want them to rectify their network and pay fines if they have disconnection for more than one day. I also want ACT fibernet to pay for all the mental agony which they have caused me and family over the past 15 months.
