Why Airtel Barred my Connection for their Fault ?

Airtel updated wrong monthly plan on my number without my consent. With this mistake Airtel generated wrong bill which is 20-30 times higher than my usual bill amount. I registered a complaint to Airtel. But before resolving the issue Airtel barred my connection.

Airtel barred my connection for 15 days. Suddenly I got out of my official/social/friend circle. During initial days of barring I contacted Airtel multiple times. All my important calls. I requested Airtel that keep connection unbar until issue is resolved but in vain.. Due to barring the connection, I faced myself helpless, UN networked during the time I need this for my self security, urgent works, etc. My credibility got down.
