I received some offer SMS from Airtel quite often. On 18-10-2013 i received an offer of Full talk time from Airtel it is as follow: “Paisa Vasool Offer: 100% talktime + Local airtel calls @20p/min , anya local mobile @30p/min (25 din k liye). Offer 31-Oct-13 tak Rs200 ke airtel recharge par!” Today i called the customer service on 198 to confirm if i would get full talk time for Rs200 and the call rates as mentioned in the SMS. The executive said if you received such offer through SMS then you would get the benefits. However when i recharged this with Rs200 through my net banking I received only Rs175 talk time. After that i called the customer support bu no satisfying answer was received. Even an executive named Kavita cut my call before i could complete my talk. Please take the necessary actions to resolve my complaint.
