I had a flight booked from Chandigarh to Bangalore on 28th Dec 2014 and return on 3rd January 2015 of Jet airways. Flight got cancelled for 28th Dec by the airlines but we got it rescheduled from Delhi which was not a problem. Flight from Bangalore to Chandigarh on 3rd Jan stopped at Delhi airport and from Delhi to Chandigarh got cancelled due to bad weather. On the airport we were told that we will get our refund through make my trip and we would have to raise the request to makemytrip. My booking ID on make my trip was NF2201334586471 on which 2 passengers were travelling.

I raised the request by selecting “flight non operational” on 7th Jan 2015 with both the boarding passes uploaded signed at the airport by the officials confirming the cancellation of flight and my refund date was 16th Jan 2015 mentioned on the site but I didn’t get a refund. I asked on customer care about this issue and they told me due to a mistake they didn’t process the request to Jet airways for my refund. After a couple of days my refund status started getting shown as “NO REFUND DUE FOR THIS BOOKING“. They told me it’s a technical glitch. After my continuous efforts they told me that they raised the request on 20th Jan 2015 for refund. Then on 22nd Jan Swati Bisht swati.bisht@makemytrip.com (Makemytrip) told me they have sent the refund but I didn’t get any. I asked them what was the amount and they didn’t tell me the amount of refund.I called them today and a person named Punit Kumar punit.kumar@makemytrip.com told me that they did not send the refund. And still they are neither telling me my refund amount which I expect to be total Rs.5000 for 2 persons nor sending that refund to me and my status also shows no refund. Please help as I’m continuously being irritated by their ignorant remarks and answers.

I haven’t received my money and had to travel from Delhi to Chandigarh by other means by spending extra money.
