Why can’t Sony Mobile have Better Service Center ?

I bought sony mobile xperia go 2/2013 in a sony showroom,JLB road, MYSORE. The problem started after a year. First the problem with on & off switch & there was no battery backup. so, i went to a authrosied service centre in Anikethana Main Road, Kuvempunagar Mysore. I was told there was problem in the motherboard & instead i was advised to a new mobile. As i was not satisfied with thiis , i went again to the same service centre after some days, i met different person & he said that it can be repaired & there was a problem with the switch & have to change the battery. So he changed the battery & switch on22/09/14, which was OK for 45 days again there was a battery backup problem, i went to service centre, they said they update the software & then it will be ok. He updated the software & was ok for few days. The problem started again on 15/01/14 the molibe started becoming hot when i was charging it, brick red light ( which indicates very low battery)was still there inspite of charging. Now neither battery is charging nor i able to ON the mobile. I went to service centre on 16/1/14 i was told that there was problem with the hanset motherboard , not able to repair instead advised to a new mobile. I also asked him to check by changing another battery which was not done. i still feel that there is a problem with the battery, a person in your service centre tells that the problem in the motherboard for any problem. Hope it will be rectified soon. To have a better service centre in a big city .
