i booked a tatkal ticket from irctc for female passenger only in DLI-BSB SPL (04932) train. Reservation was form Bareilly to Varanasi. unfortunately that became late for approx 5 hrs from its origin itself. Because of time inconvenience, i told passenger to travel in another superfast train through general ticket from bareilly itself and i filled TDR for that ticket under section “Train Late More Than Three Hours and Passenger Not Travelled”. But IRCTC reflected the status “TDR Repudiate” and they gave reason “No refund is granted for TATKAL CONFIRMED ticket”. As i have genuine reason for ticket cancellation, please help me in this dispute. Thank You.

I want my money back and of course some compensation what respected authority decide.
