Sir, I have HTC 830 phone, and my mobile no.is 8989070343 which is registered my Jio app. state-M.P.,city-INDORE. My jio barcode is 55572848668. But the retailer told to me that my bar code is used other my mobile shows redeemed while opening my Jio app and to get Jio sim Now, please give me advise what i do for get sim.

I tried to get a Jio sim in sector 20 Panchkula, Haryana. I gave Barcode and Aadhar ID Xerox in sim shop and scanned my Finger impression.They done step by step process and at last told me that the barcode was already redeemed.I didn’t gave the barcode to anyone. Please block the sim who hacked my barcode and send me a new barcode. So please sort out this issue soon and contact me as soon as possible. Barcode-55522458642
