Sir, I have given my micromax A250 model (under warranty period) with of problem of touch not working to sri mobiles nagercoil on oct 24th 2014. they told me to come after 15 days. i went and asked they told after replacing spare also its not working so going to send it to company and they send it on nov 4th to company. They asked me to wait till 30 days, so i waited till dec 3rd after that when i call that centre they are not responding and not telling the detail regarding when i will get my mobile back. please take necessary step and give my mobile.

Dear Sir / Ma’am I had bought this cell phone 30th August, 2014 for my Brother. He faced charging problem after just two months, My brother visited one of you service centre located in Ghatkoper, Mumbai Region Maharashtra. Then after 15-16 days they return him cell back in worst condition. They denied for further assistance. I am really disappointed for this kind of services and I am afraid to recommend this Brand to anyone i care. Hoping if you could assist to have faith retained in this Brand.
