First I didn’t got any message from Jio for one month.Then on last saturday i got a message that my application for a new connection was received and I was given an order number. But still its not been activated so far . Jio Number: Blue Packet Alternate Number: 98652XX418 Order Number: NO00000F59MV Store Address: Reliance Digital — Sarathi Nagar, Vellore Reliance Digital, Ground and First Floor, 318 1/202, New Bypass Road, Sarathi Nagar, Vellore 632012, Tarnil Nadu. Moreover I am unable to call jio customer care from aircel and airtel. It says invalid number(18008899999). How pathetic service from jio Please activate my sim as soon as possible.

Hi, I went to buy a reliance jio sim from panvel, mumbai. After activation they charge me about RS.150/- for activation. Is it a free sim or not?? please reply as soon as possible if it is not a free sim than what is the procedure for deactivation. thanks
