I procured a new tatasky hd box on18.7.14. Right from that day i have had several issues with the working of the box. Various complaints via mail and telephone were given for the issue, that the box aint working but still the issue remains unresolved. Firstly there was a delay in service visit. Next when asked for refund, we are being denied the refund. They are anyhow trying to delay it as much as possible,and say that there is an issue from my side and hence refund is not being provided.

An apology letter from thr head, along with the service clearance and a promise that the same would not be repeated to any other customer along with a compensation of rs 2.5 lacs for mental agony and pain given by their poor service and response. Our country definitely needs a better law.
