This is regarding the product, Prestige Induction Cooker Pic 3.0 V (Order ID 3271433853), delivered on 5th November 2014, which is not working properly. This works only for 5 minutes and stopped automatically. since two days I am calling Snapdeal customer care but they are not responding properly and instructing to call after one hour. this has happened many times. As I am calling now, there is no response from the snapdeal customer care. I complaint against the product and want to replace the same.
This product was ordered before diwali and delivered after a long after the scheduled date. and now the dispatched product is not working and at the same time customer care is not responding. This is highly irresponsible deal of snapdeal, I must day. Not good for future business.
Please do the same as soon as possible.

As your product is dispatched delayed and now its not working, this is enough to decide we will not do any future deal with snapdeal. This is for your kind information. In spite all the customer care service and response is also very poor.
