I have a no. 9899919XXX on my name which I am using since May. Now since I had to travel out of state, I activated a roaming pack on my number which ensured that I would not be charged anything for incoming calls while being on roaming (some 75 rs plan), I made call to customer care, he assured me that the pack has been activated, in first week of july. to my surprise, when i received bill, they had still charged me for incoming roaming, for which i made numerous follow ups with Vodafone and they eventually reimbursed 1830 rs, which was the roaming charges for that month, now again this month they have charged me for roaming while all this while i was told i have free incoming roaming pack on my no. i did not deposit this months bill because there is a dispute, last months bill for which 1830 rs were reimbursed, i deposited in a couple of days time after resolution of complaint. now on 19.09.2014, they discontinued my phone without intimation to me for no fault of mine, as i kept on telling their cc executive that i would only deposit bill once dispute is resolved.
1. I work in an MNC, monthly salary to the tune of 1.5 lac/month. I have spoken to Vodafone cc executive atleast 10 times in last 2 months. i even visited their store once in cyber city. i would want all my roaming charges to be waived off from my bills asap. 2. i could not concentrate 1 full day today because the no. was not working. total loss of efficiency – 1.5 lac/ 24 working days – Rs. 6250/- per day for which the phone no. remains disconnected. 3. atleast 5000 Rs. for the mental stress caused to me while following up and telling every cc executive my story
