I refunded one of the products as the size i ordered was unfit. When i confirmed the refund policy, i was assured to refund courier charges into my bank account. customer care asked my bank account details and a soft copy of speed post POD slip. I spent 73 Rs. When i received my replacement, i inquired about my refund amount then i was told that our refund policy is changed, and now we don’t refund cash but yepme coupons worth Rs. 150. it’s like forcing customer to come back and shop from yepme if coupons are to be cashed, otherwise coupons are waste. first of all they don’t provide pick up facility, and when customer spends amount from his / her pocket; yepme imposes its coupons. What a ridiculous policy.
