MY name is R.vinodraja my account is in ICICI BANK A/C NO 004601 509713 BRANCH IS NEW FRIENDS COLONY COMMUNITY CENTER. ON 23th dec I use the canara bank ATM which is near my house while withdraw the amount Rs 5000 in my account amount debted but phyically ATM MACHINE HANG error shown this happen in late evening nearly 9PM.Next day i compliant to icici customer care so they told don’t worry amount will be refunded to you account. After one week over again i contacted to customer care they told me that your are used canarabank ATM so they are not responding. so it will take another 15 days so i requested as soon as possible they told me dont worry your money will be get back and they given a service request no also given follows 24 dec 2015 SR394513894 04 JAN 2016 SR395752535 29 JAN 2016 SR399054104 17 FEB 2016 SR401561502 04-MAR 2016 SR403771319 BUT even two months are over i did not get my money only my fault is i used another bank ATM Which is canara bank. please as soon as possible provide me the amount this is my humble request
