i amod bothra holding saving a/c in icicibank Branch Id : 0052 Account Id : 005201524229
my saving account had been debited without my permission for the credit card no 4477466656099 for the below policy cancellation charges and late payments forsely given to me without my authority

i had never authorised them to give me the above policy and swep the money from credit cards,just u think who one is the fullish takes two policy at the same day for the same purpose of the same facilities offered, and when the policy comes to my address i aware and i had given call to them and complaint for the same ,at that time the person in the customer care had told me that they will cancel bothe the policy and no charges will be occured in the future bcos the policy has been sent wrongly,so i m requesting that pls check all the call details of the icici customer and pls reverse my money in my account and pls support me for legal action against icici credit card and icici lombard insurance co,
