Consumers were offered 50 per cent discounts on Maximum Retail Price (MRP)on shoes but in fact they were overcharged in the name of VAT thereby not getting actual percentage of the discount offered. They are cheating customers on the pretext of discounted prices.

Book that store under relevant provisions of law and direct it to charge the consumers as agreed upon in lucrative sales offers. And return the money to consumer.
