i bought a sandal from woodland 2-2.5 years back. they always say that they give free live-time service. therefore i went to the retailer, and asked him to repair the sole of my sandal to which they denied that it can’t be repaired as they say its only shoe that they can repair

i want the sole to be repaired and since i have been going to the shop many a times for the same reason, i wont be paying them even a single penny for it.
