This is really painful to inform you(woodland company) that your servicing for life time is really painful for some one like me. i am abdul hameed from Guntur,i purchased woodland shoe in Hyderabad worth 3500. I got the side of my shoe grip peel out so i went to my near by showroom ALDO SHOE COMPANY. There i got my shoe repaired and as i was about to leave the shop ,owner of the shop demand to pay 150 rupees for the worker for polishing and sticking a little bit of my shoe grip. I refused to pay and demanded that WOODLAND provides FREE SERVICING FOR LIFE TIME but he say “what the hell are you saying!!!!!” we are not here to provide free servicing for what ever you ask?? whom(woodland) will provides us polish or solution for repairing. so you must pay 300 rupees not 150 rupees .and he is shouting that” THIS IS MY SHOP !! THESE ARE MY RULES I WILL SAY WHAT EVER U WANT WHAT THE F*** ARE YOU MAN TO DEMAND ME” i gave him strong words and countered him that woodland does provide life time servicing free.so i made a big issue quarreling with him.It is really pity to inform all the people that WOODLAND CAN’T EVEN PROVIDE SHOE POLISH FOR FREE TO SELLERS. I really want WOODLAND TO TAKE A SEVERE ACTION ON THE ALDO SHOE COMPANY IN GUNTUR. The details of the shop are:- ALDO SHOE COMPANY, 4/3 ARUNDAL PETA, KAMMA HOSTEL BUILDING, GUNTUR-2.
