This is vikas from Delhi. I bought a woodland shoes from parco, woodland showroom, Caunaght Place. New delhi on 03.07.2014, but within 2 months it’s shole started tearing from everywhere. I complained about this to the showroom they said that they can only paste that. They refuse to change it. But it just passed 2 months I bought it. Please help me to replace this one as soon as possible.

The sole of both shoe started tearing. They look like they are 3-4 years old. I only wear those on twice a week
