I ordered the product “Transcend Storejet 1TB external drive” from wooodeals.com website on 12 Dec. 2014 and made full online payment but I have not received the product yet and its been around 3 months now. Order number is 16102. I tried to track the information for the delay by calling multiple time to the number provided on the website. The bell rings but no one picks up the phone. I also sent email communications on 19 Dec 2014, 28 dec 2014 and 09 Feb 2015 to the email id provided by the seller but never received the reply. I feel that this website has made fraud by accepting the payment and then NOT delivering the product

I have lost 2720 Rs as I made the online payment for the product but that product is not delivered. I would like my money to be refunded back. If not feasible; then I should be provided the product ASAP which I ordered and made payment thereof
