I had purchased my S-239 in november 2010, and i was using tata indicome service, for internet i was told to buy OHM card, and i spent 200bucks just to upgrade my sim, ok till here no problem, all sorted, later the internet was giveing problems.. i inquired serveral times to tata and they told me its hand set problem//…
i went to check my mobile in service center and the way they reply is pathetic.. they asked me for bill… then when i brought the bill they ask for xerox,
as there was power i was unable to get xerox, 1st mistake, no information given on time, if i was asked to bring the xerox then i would have brought on the 2nd visit itself..
months passed as i was running in tight schedule i was not able to visit the service center again..
on november 2011 just before the warranty was about to expire i wanted to get it checked……
ok i kept the mobile in the service center for 24hrs for software up-gradation as they said,
what the hell… they never did anything took my mobile and give me back and said its up-graded…
how can i give my mobile again for 24hrs ??
do theres people have any sense ??
i cant use internet, no tata zone (they said it wont work) but it was working for 1st one months), NO BLUETOOTH, call drops, hanging…..
the problem is all intact and they say they have done.. i went again to ask and they telling to keep my mobile for 1 more day which i am not really ready for…
