With refrance to the above i wish to inform you that on 09.01.2012 my airtel mobile balance a/c was debited with rs 30 for claming that i has requsted for hello tune service. but i had not requsted for that as per my knowledge.But when i made enquiry ON CUSTOMER CARE about my a/c deduction the senIor superwisor name MR PRAVESH KUMAR had given reply with missbehave and very arogent menor. when i had asked him about my money back he is telling that this cannot be possible and when i demanded him the details for my call for using that service he is telling again rs 50 will be debited from your a/c. sir i want to know that as a very reputed service provider it is justifiable to debit the very hard money of your loyal customer . i am using the airtell mobile services fronm a very long time but this incedence make me to think again on it. The customer care service division staff mr Pravesh kumar is so arogent he is telling we will not return your money and do whatever you want. so my qustion is that how can i get proper customer service for which the airtel is known
