Dear Sir,

Airtel is deducting money from my prepaid cell no 9897169419 on account of sms package without my permission. Deducted rs 36 and rs 18 on 2nd and 4th feb, 2013.

Now i have decided never to use Airtel services. At least wont be cheated like this again. Planning to inform all my facebook friends and known persons about such cheating.
