I made a complain with complain no.- CHTWC31001401017, for mobile no – 09897716688 against wrong charges deducted without confirmation. from the date of complain my ph is not connect to customer care since 3days, given time period is already over, I am awaiting for refund my amount. Kindly do the needful for the same otherwise I have to go to the consumer court to sue you for harassment & wrong deduction charges.
