wrong information by vodafone customer care

On 15/05/09 vodafone customer care phoned me and told me that they are going to add Rs.199 add on facility to my phone as promo as I am using STD call min. Rs.250 per month. At that time I was busy with my work and I didnot go through my mobile bills. Later again their customer care phoned me and activated the service. After going through the bills it was seen my STD calls are far below Rs.250/month and at once on 18/05/09 I phoned vodafone customer care and told them the wrong information provided to me by their customer care and requested to stop that add on service at once,but she refused.
I want to know:
1) Can customer care disturb me although where my number is registered fo DND service.
