As i am using TATA DOCOMO Mob. & my no is 9028310410. i am getting continuous wrong information about charges in my mobile as i am in roaming from mp customer care of tata docomo. they are:-
1) about internet browsing – they told me no extra charges will charge on internet but after some time they charge and will again contact to customer care they say it is chargeable.
2) about ISD calling – i call to USA they charge me @ Rs 20pis/sec appro. but when i ask them about charges they say me its Rs 11pis/sec and they say your charges is correct but they not give proper reason for it.

Through this wrong information i have loss more than 100rs from my main balance. And they are not going to take any complaint for it.
kindly take a appropriate action on it.
