Wrong information provided at the time of selling medicalim policy

Dear Sir/ Madam,
I had Renewed My Policy of tata aig (policy no : ITHC 1000010903) on 21st February 2010. At the time of taking of policy 1 yrs back i have given information that this policy is having all the benefits of mediclaim policy ( Hospitalisation charges and medical bills reimbursement) as well extra benefits of 1000 rs reibursement per day for me and my wife and Rs 500 for my kid. Same information provided at the time of Renewing policy.
On August 16th my kid was admitted to hospital for Cough at that time i called for claim to claim department, they said to me that only Reimbursement of Rs 500 is possible against this policy. the document was also mentioning that. But when received document i confirmed this thing with there customer care department at that time they told me that are basic benefits which are never mention on document, you don’t worry for that benefits.
After giving all the document and bills I got the cheque of Rs 3000/- Against reimbursement and not the hospital charges and medical bills. They are completely misguiding people while selling there policy. I am contacting there customer care team for explanation which they are avoiding. Please help me out to get ride of this. i had spent Approximately 22000 Rs on hospital charges and Medical bills, which I had given to them.
