Wrong information regardin activation

The was power cut in my locality for a month and a half. After our resumtion of power I had called BIG TV customer care,they said my account is suspended and after recharge the service will resumed. At the same time I had said the prolems I was having with my set top box in details as it was not starting. They said it is only because of suspension and after recharge it will automatically resorted. But after I have recharged with Rs180 they told that your set top box had a technical problem and it will require servicing with charges of Rs 175. They hide the technical problem although I have told them thrice. Now after recharge they are telling about services. As I have already spent Rs180 virtualy I am forced to have technical services with thier charged applied.
