Sir/Madam,

I have taken Online Car insurance Policy from TATA AIG on dated 14-05-2010, I have given the payment of policy by Credit Card of Rs.5081 ,and TATA AIG have mailed me issued pilicy soft copy on dated 15-05-2010 wide Policy No.0150867831 00 with payment reciept of Rs. 4947/-. and I have ifromed the same to TATA AIG Costomer Care imediatly through Email.
My Adderss is also wrong in my policy documents and same has been infoemd to TATA AIG through Email.
As per commitment of TATA AIG the Orignal Hard copy documents will be reached me with in 7 days but still I have not get the same.

On 21st may I have got the mail from TATA AIG attached with another policy with diffrent policy Number & wrong adderss .The new Policy NO is 0100486649 .Policy ammount is also chaged RS.5082/-.

I have taked imediatly to TATA AIG customer Care regarding this issue but he had not given me the satisfactory answer about this issue.

So you are requested to kindly help me.

I am requesting to TATA AIG again and again but they are not taking this issue seriusly.
