we have purchased a plot in Tatva darshi Vatika, Near Regional Cricket Academy, Mathura from Neel padam Builders in the name of my mother Pushpa Rawat.
Company’s Engineer came and mark the plot no 152 instead of 155 to us and direct us to construction. while builder registry the plot no 155 to us. when we have completed the construction work now they are pressurising that you just vacate the house we sold it to another one and construct your house on plot no 155.
we are in mentally depression and need to absent from my private job.
we are in need of financial crisis and can’t make loan against the plot and builder is not ready to ractify his mistake.
